What happens if I’m late to my appointment?
A €15 late fee applies if you’re 10 minutes late. If you arrive later than the permitted time, your appointment may need to be cancelled.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, but please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may result in losing your deposit, while no-shows are charged the full treatment price.
How should I prepare my hair?
Please arrive with your hair clean, completely dry and free from gel, oils or other styling products unless you’ve specifically been instructed otherwise.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A €20 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be deducted from your final treatment price.
Can I bring someone with me?
No. Please attend your appointment alone so your stylist can work comfortably and give you their full attention.
Do I pay extra in the weekend?
Yes. All bookings that are made for the weekend should pay an extra €20
