Policy

By booking an appointment with us, you automatically agree to the salon policies. Please read them carefully before booking. If you have any questions about the policies, feel free to contact us before your appointment.

Payments

• A deposit of €20 is required to confirm an appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the treatment.

• Payments are only accepted in cash. However, bank transfers can be accepted with an additional fee of €0.50.

• If your tardy by 10 minutes, you’ll be charged an additional €10.

• Appointments that are delayed for over 10 minutes may result in cancellation.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. For cancellations within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the treatment price will be charged.

• Deposits and payments are non-refundable.

General

• Please arrive with clean and completely dry hair, free from gel, oils and other styling products. This allows your hair to be properly assessed and ensures the styling process can be carried out hygienically and efficiently.

• If your hair has not been prepared correctly, your appointment may be cancelled and the full treatment amount will be charged.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of infection, poor hygiene or inappropriate behaviour.

• Please come to your appointment alone. Guests or additional company are not permitted during your appointment.
