Yes. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will be charged 100% of the full set price as compensation for the reserved appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by the stylist.

Unfortunately, no. For the best results and to ensure the health of your natural lashes, we do not refill lash extensions applied by another lash technician. In this case, the existing extensions will need to be removed before a new set can be applied.
